Life Transitions Support for Women over 40 – This group is designed to provide a place of support and camraderie for women facing all the myriad life transitions we meet over the age of 40.  Subjects such as empty nest syndrome, menopause, divorce and remarriage, career changes and more. We will meet for 8 sessions on Fridays at 11:00 a.m. Date TBA.

Single Mothers Support – now forming, this group will be a place for single moms to come together and gain strength, ideas for coping with stress, and positive support.

Step Parents and Blended Families – Step parents have their own set of unique challenges. This 6 week group will offer tremendous support and valuable information to assist toward smooth sailing and harmony in blended families. 

Stress Management - Stress…. we all have it…. The key is to managing our reactions and responses to stressors and learning how to relax and cope with a greater sense of peace.  This 6 week class will provide training in learning how to consciously relax the body, how to breathe more freely and more regularly , examining patterns of thoughts,  and employing new approaches and skills in how to respond to all Life throws at us.
